Julia Woodward is a finance professional with transaction, strategic planning and consulting experience in a variety of industries including Internet technology, semiconductor manufacturing and telecommunications. She has over 20 years of experience working with new companies on organization, process improvement, strategy, attracting venture capital, and performance. She previously founded an investment banking firm specializing in public finance. Her consulting firm, Athena Corporate Services, Inc. specializes in strategic planning, temporary and startup CFO services (including IPO preparation), administration, and corporate development. In addition to working with entrepreneurs, she has consulted with larger clients including Texas Instruments, Ericsson US, and Nokia OYJ.

Ms. Woodward has written, helped to write and analyzed many business plans, and has successfully helped companies to raise millions of dollars. Julia Woodward is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas, and holds MBA and PhD degrees in accounting and public finance. She served on the graduate business faculties at the University of Texas at Austin, and at Dallas, as well as Southern Methodist University.
